I had the pleasure of visiting Girona, Spain which is located about an hour and a half north of Barcelona. I visited a couple of times this past spring and had the best time taking pictures. My boyfriend and I would explore the little villages where you could walk around it within 30 minutes. The flowers were in bloom and it was just wonderful, very much like a postcard in every picture.

Beautifully hidden
Just these few images show how beautiful spring is in Northern Spain. I highly recommend going, renting a car and just wandering around the villages. Yes, it's Spain so you would think they speak Spanish, but they speak Catalan which is similar to Spanish and French. We managed to get around and ordered lots of Sangria and Cerveza. It helps if you know the basics, but they are still patient and extremely nice. Hope you have just as much fun as we had!
